I started Aura Academy to specifically instruct CRNAs. We are expertly trained, skilled with our hands, and understand patient assessment, which makes us uniquely equipped to become excellent aesthetic injectors. Other courses teach providers of all backgrounds and highly variable skill sets, meaning they need to tailor their classes to teach to the appropriate level of understanding. Our classes for advanced practitioners begin training at a higher level and cover material in a greater depth and breadth than other available courses. I also focus our time on assessment and technique, as we all have extensive experience with needles. The doing is the easy part; the assessing and understanding why and how is where we will spend most of our time.
One cannot underestimate the value of training with other CRNAs from across the country. In all of my classes, there has been a unique camaraderie formed within cohorts as we are all grappling with the same professional struggles and concerns. It is empowering to come together to acquire new skills and grow professionally.
Additionally, at the end of your course, you will be added to a private graduates-only Facebook group that will serve as ongoing support for your business going forward. I moderate the forum and answer questions. The other graduates are also there to lend support.
